Procedure of Acrylic LED Channel Letter with Aluminum Trim Cap

                                                                                                    

1.To stick double-sided tape round engraving letters,and in every corner of letters do marks on double-sided tape.
2.To tear the two-side tape's paper with marks.
3.To cut and draw fold line on the Aluminum trim cap by knife and scissors and ruler according to the length and marks of tape paper.
4.To mill Aluminum trim cap at the mark,and fold the Aluminum trim cap at thr fold line by the triangular prism and cylinder.
5.To make the "R'' letter and connect the trim cap with transparent tape.
6.To install the "R" Acrylic letter into aluminum trim cap"R" letter.
7.To fix the "R" Acrylic letter and aluminum trim cap "R" letter with glue and finish the 3D"R" aluminum letter
